  • One telephone call results in a referral for EAP services.   Appointments are normally provided within 72 hours. We also have a toll free number 1-800-331-3226 for those employees outside the local calling area.
  • EAP counselors are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Normal business hours are 8:30am -5:00pm. We also have evening and weekend appointment availability.
  • In crisis situations, callers receive immediate assistance via the telephone
  • 24 hours a day, seven days a week.   Problem solving is provided to the caller until the immediate situation has been stabilized.   Every precaution is taken if there is indication of harm to self or others.

Referral Services:

  • EAP counselors assist clients with resource and referral information.   The counselor draws on personal and professional knowledge of the community they serve.   Clients are assisted in contacting these resources.

Employee Orientations:

  • We provide on-site professional orientation presentations, videotapes, materials and question /answer sessions.

Supervisor Training :

  • We provide on-site training for supervisors to enable them to appropriately and effectively utilize EAP services.

Coordination with Health Insurance Benefits:

  • Referrals for services beyond the EAP benefit are made to providers who meet the requirements of the available health insurance plan(s). Freckman Associates assists the client in transitioning to his or her insurance benefits. Our benefit plans database is continuously upgraded. Freckman Associates has no financial affiliation or incentives for referrals.

Panel of Providers:

  • In addition to regular staff, Freckman & Associates maintains relationships with EAP and treatment providers in other cities in the region as well as nationwide. This enables us to respond to members needs on a nationwide basis.
