Training
- One telephone call results in a referral for EAP services. Appointments are normally provided within 72 hours. We also have a toll free number 1-800-331-3226 for those employees outside the local calling area.
- EAP counselors are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Normal business hours are 8:30am -5:00pm. We also have evening and weekend appointment availability.
- In crisis situations, callers receive immediate assistance via the telephone
- 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Problem solving is provided to the caller until the immediate situation has been stabilized. Every precaution is taken if there is indication of harm to self or other
